Problems vs Challenges

...Sometimes the observation will just be for your enjoyment and other times it will be an answer to a perplexing situation (you call them problems)....

This was Datre's reply to one of my mails years ago, and I did call them problems, and I still tend to call them problems, but I might have gotten a bit better at catching myself and try to remind myself it's not a problem, but an opportunity.

It can be difficult to acknowledge that if you're emotionally involved with something, then it becomes important to remember that it's not the picture that is important, but that which is creating the picture. Which I think is related to emotions, so you can focus on, and observe, the emotion instead.

Sometimes difficult things happen and then it's important to remember this could be the start of something new.

I think that Datre gave an example of that with airline pilots after the attack on the Trade towers, and also the kid who had to go abroad to get an operation. But I can't remember which transcripts they are at the  moment.
